Digital Products
All products sold on LawLeaf, including legal templates, guides, and kits, are digital downloads.
Due to the nature of digital products:
- Refunds will only be considered in cases of technical issues preventing download or products not delivered correctly
- We do not accept returns or cancellations once the product has been downloaded or access has been granted
Requesting A Refund
If you experience an issue with a product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at contact@lawleaf.co.uk with the following information:
- Order number or receipt
- Product name
- Description of the issue
We will assess your request and, if applicable, provide a replacement download or a refund at our discretion.
Technical Issues
We aim to ensure all downloads are functional and accessible. If you encounter technical issues:

- Check your device and browser compatibility
- Ensure your email address is correct for download links
Cancellations
As products are instant access digital downloads, cancellations are generally not possible
If you purchased a product in error, contact us immediately; we will review each case individually
