At LawLeaf, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products

1.1 Due to the nature of digital products, once a product has been downloaded or the download link has been sent, we cannot offer a refund.

1.2 If the product is faulty, corrupted, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement file or technical support to resolve the issue.

1.3 Refund requests for digital products will only be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

2. Subscriptions

2.1 Certain products may be offered as recurring subscriptions. These subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled.

2.2 You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting contact@lawleaf.co.uk

2.3 Subscription refunds are not provided for periods already paid. Refunds may be granted at our discretion in exceptional cases.

2.4 Changes to subscription fees, terms, or content will be communicated in advance.

3. Order Cancellations

3.1 Orders can only be cancelled before the download link has been issued.

3.2 To cancel an order, contact us immediately at contact@lawleaf.co.uk with your order details.

3.3 Once the digital product download is available, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled.

4. How to Request a Refund

4.1 Contact us at contact@lawleaf.co.uk with:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for the refund request

4.2 We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Exceptions

5.1 Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Change of mind
  • Technical issues related to your device, internet, or browser settings

5.2 Refunds may be considered if:

  • The product is defective or does not function as described
  • There is a payment processing error
